Frequently asked questions

What do I get with the free trial?

The 7-day free trial gives you full access to all Pro features: unlimited checklist items, all 6 themes, future-day scheduling, night review, and Siri shortcuts. No payment is required upfront.

What happens after the trial ends?

You can still use the app with up to 3 items and the default Warm theme. To unlock everything again, choose a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Forget Something? and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings (gear icon), and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Does iCloud sync work automatically?

Yes. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and iCloud is enabled, your checklists sync automatically. Check Settings in the app to verify your sync status shows "On".

When do my routine items reset?

By default, routine items uncheck at 4:00 AM each day. You can change this in Settings > Reset time. One-time items are cleared at the same time.

How do I use Siri with the app?

Siri shortcuts are available for Pro users. You can set them up in the iOS Shortcuts app, or they may appear as Siri suggestions based on your usage.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your checklist data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We never see, collect, or sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy.
