By downloading or using Forget Something? ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Forget Something? is a personal checklist application designed to help users remember essential items before leaving home.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers a free 7-day trial. After the trial, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. All transactions are managed through your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Lifetime purchases grant permanent access and do not renew
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App. We do not access, collect, or store your personal checklist data on our servers. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your checklist data stays on your device. We don't collect it, we don't see it, we don't sell it.
1. Data Collection
Forget Something? does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data is stored locally on your device.
2. Analytics
We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services. We may receive anonymized crash reports through Apple's built-in App Analytics if you have opted in.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple's StoreKit for subscription management. Apple processes all payment transactions. We do not have access to your payment information.
4. Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud to your other devices signed into the same Apple ID. Apple manages iCloud storage and encryption. We do not have access to your iCloud data. If you delete the App, all local data is permanently removed.
5. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
6. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
